SeaPort-e – IT, Training, and Program Support

SeaPort-e is the Navy's electronic platform for acquiring support services. The Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, SPAWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research, the United States Marine Corps, and the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) compete their service requirements amongst SeaPort-e IDIQ multiple award contract holders. The SeaPort-e portal provides a standardized, efficient means of soliciting offers from amongst the diverse population of large and small businesses and their approved team members. All task orders are competitively solicited, awarded and managed using the SeaPort-e platform. Simply stated, SeaPort-e provides an efficient and effective means of contracting for professional support services and enhancing small business participation.
ATSI and its teammates – Harley Interactive and Provident Solutions Group – are proud partners of SeaPort-e. Together we provide Information System (IS) Development, Information Assurance (IA) Support, Information Technology (IT) Support, Training Support, and Program Support within the National Capital area (Zone 2). Our team has the ability and experience to provide world-class professional support services for all NAVSEA Program Executive Offices, Directorates, and field activities.

Through quality planning, control, and improvement processes, ATSI strives to eliminate rework and unwanted products. ATSI’s approach to Quality Assurance encompasses the task entire lifecycle and includes
- Developing a quality management program plan
- Establishing metrics for project objectives
- Establishing quality management processes including monitoring and assessment
- Coordinating with the client to establish quality objectives and scope
- Coordinating with other contractors to align Quality Assurance objectives and scope.
