Advanced Technology Solutions Incorporated (ATSI) has provided integrated Web design and development solutions, instructional systems design, and validation and testing services to dozens of Federal government organizations since 1994. As a small woman-owned business and GSA Contract Holder (GS-35F-5920H), our objective is to become our clients’ trusted technology partner, helping them meet their corporate vision and goals through effective, cost-conscious solutions.
Executive Team
Amy Rabuchin, President, founded ATSI in 1994 to fill a growing need for web design and development support and the use of information technology for education and training for the government and commercial sectors. Today, ATSI brings well-defined project management practices to the delivery of critical corporate programs, supported by a broad range of technical skills and expertise. Ms. Rabuchin holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from George Washington University.
Mark Gibson, Vice President, has over 20 years of experience in business operations and program management. He has led large nationwide programs as well as business units for Fortune 500 companies and currently leads ATSI’s efforts to build on its existing client base and establish footholds in new market segments. Mr. Gibson holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Maryland and is a life-long resident of the Washington DC area.
Nalendra Prasad, Program Manager, heads ATSI’s Web Support Services Team and is leading the design, development, delivery, and maintenance of innovative applications for Defense Acquisition University. With over 10 years of experience in the IT industry, his responsibilities include project planning, evaluation, and direct communication with senior DAU staff. Mr. Prasad holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Madan Mohan Malaviya Engineering College.
Gary Foote, Program Manager. Mr. Foote's career began in the U.S. Army, culminating in an appointment to the White House Communications Agency where he served multiple presidents. With over 20 years of successfully managing national and international technology projects, he spent six years focusing on the design, development, and maintenance of Medical Information Systems. Mr. Foote currently supports Wounded Warrior programs under the auspices of the Office of the Secretary of Defense.
