ATSI provides a uniform methodology to identify, capture, package, disseminate, and implement for knowledge management efforts. Developing a master plan, ATSI analyzes end user needs and publishes a set of objectives to meet the goals of the effort. Performing a knowledge assessment, ATSI builds a forum to gather information and knowledge that allows open communication with the end user community. The assessment data are then analyzed and packaged to give end users maximum benefit and provide a medium for compilation of knowledge for dissemination.
